There Is a Delay When I View the Live Stream of 4G Starlight Camera

If there is a delay when you view the live stream, please try the following troubleshooting steps.

 

1. Make sure your phone is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network or has a strong cellular signal.

 

2. Make sure the 4G network signal strength is stable and strong: Camera Settings> General> About Device> Signal Strength.
