To solve the issue of water failing to pump from the Petcare water fountain.

1. Unplug the water fountain and then plug it back in.

2. Check and open the pump cover to inspect if the pump is blocked.  If the filter element is not being used or there are too many impurities in the water, the water pump will not be able to dispense water.

Note: Do not forcefully pull the cable/lead of the water pump when cleaning the water pump.

3. Check if the water level is below the minimum water line.  This can cause the water pump to stop functioning.  Make sure to add enough water before turning the pet water fountain on.
