X8/X8 Hybrid will divide different rooms on the map automatically after a map is created.  ( The Automatic Room Division feature of X8/X8 Hybrid)

Sometimes, the divided rooms determined by the RoboVac automatically might not be exactly the same as your house plan. You can manually adjust the rooms to better fit the actual floor plan by using the "Room Edit" function. The room editing function allows you to merge, divide and rename rooms.

Failure to manually edit the room may be due to the following reasons:

1. Poor network conditions cause the merge/device/rename response to time out. Please try again when the network environment is better, or try connecting via the HotSpot on your phone.How to connect Eufy RoboVac to Hotspot?

2. When dividing the room, the dividing line does not meet the room dividing conditions. In this case, please adjust the dividing line and the location of the room on the map and try again.

If the issue still persists, please contact us with the following information:

• Provide us with your eufy Clean account email address (the email address you used to log in your app) 
• Enable the "Activity Log Upload" feature in eufy Clean app in order for eufy engineers to further analyze the issue. After enabling this feature, please test RoboVac several times so we can learn more information from your activity log (What's the Log Upload feature in the eufy Clean App?).
