What should I do if my Robot Lawn Mower is lifted?

If your Robot Lawn Mower is lifted, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Verify if the front wheels of the Robot Lawn Mower are elevated off the ground. For example, check if the Robot Lawn Mower has fallen into a pit or pothole.

  2. To avoid the Robot Lawn Mower encountering the same issue again in that specific mowing area, it is recommended to create a virtual boundary or a "No-go Zone" through the app to prevent the Robot Lawn Mower from entering that area.

    1.   Note: Please watch the video below for visual instructions on creating a virtual boundary or a "No-go Zone."
