What should I do if my S1 Pro does not start cleaning at the scheduled time?
 

If your S1 Pro fails to start cleaning at the scheduled time automatically, please refer to the following common causes and solutions to resolve the issue.

 

Common Causes:

  1. The scheduled cleaning time has not been reached yet.
  2. The S1 Pro was powered off and turned back on without an Internet connection. Please note that the cleaning schedule is saved after the last setting before the robot shuts down; therefore, if the robot powers on without an Internet connection, the cleaning schedule will not be able to sync correctly. In addition, it is essential to ensure that both the robot and the app are connected to the network to sync and update data.
  3. The "Do Not Disturb" mode was activated during the scheduled cleaning time.
 

Solutions:

  1. Check the scheduled cleaning time in the app. Please note that "AM" indicates morning hours (0:00:00-11:59:59), while "PM" indicates afternoon hours (12:00:00-23:59:59). If you set the start time at 12:00 AM, it refers to midnight. The correct setting for noon should be 12:00 PM.
  2. If the robot powers on without an Internet connection, please ensure that the robot and the app are connected to your WiFi network. Once a WiFi connection is established, the robot should automatically execute the pre-set cleaning tasks at the scheduled cleaning time.
  3. Please disable the "Do Not Disturb" mode during the scheduled cleaning time.
 

Please make sure your S1 Pro's time settings are correct and the robot has a stable Internet connection to communicate with the app to achieve optimal cleaning performance.
