What Caused Voice Alert: Error 4 /Error S5?

This error is triggered when the roller brush is stuck.

You can try cleaning the roller brush first:

-Remove the brush guard and the roller brush to clean the brush, roller joints, joints on the vacuum, and suction inlet. You can take off the roller joints to clean the debris inside. Once cleaned, place the items back into the device and try again.

If cleaning did not help, please try the following:

-Run the vacuum on hard floors without the roller brush and brush guard to see whether the error persists when the vacuum is running without both parts.

- If the vacuum does not give the roller brush error when the two parts are removed, it means the vacuum itself works normally. Then the problem lies with the roller brush and/or the brush guard, or maybe the connectors on the vacuum were not cleaned thoroughly. You can try cleaning the vacuum again. If it still does not resolve the issue, then the parts may need to be replaced.
