Please refer to the following common causes and their corresponding troubleshooting steps if the heating indicator light on your eufy Breast Pump is flashing or the app on your smartphone sends a notification indicating the Heating function is not working properly.

1. Loose Connection

Press the heating pins firmly into the oval notch of the container, and then install the pump hub and push it firmly to seal the gap between the hub and the diaphragm.

2. Dirty or Corroded Contacts

Heating contacts can accumulate debris and oxidize over an extended time, which may interfere with the electrical connection of the components. Use a clean cloth or a contact cleaner to clean the contacts and remove any corrosion.

3. Extreme Temperature

Please note that the eufy Breast Pump cannot turn on the Heating function if its operating temperature is not between -20°C and 42°C. Please make sure that the temperature falls within the device’s operating range.

4. Wear and Tear

The heating contacts on the eufy Breast Pump may experience wear and tear over an extended time, resulting in a poor connection. If the contacts appear worn or damaged, please replace the heating flange.
