A slow or unstable Internet connection can affect the speed and quality of the snapshot images. Please ensure you have a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection.

2. Camera Settings

Check the camera video settings in the app to adjust the resolution of the snapshot images.

3. Lighting Conditions

Poor lighting conditions can result in low-quality snapshot images; therefore, please ensure the area that is being monitored is well-lit.
 

4. App Version

Update your app to the latest version. Please note that app updates generally include performance improvements and bug fixes.

5. Camera Firmware

Update your camera to the latest firmware version. Please note that firmware updates generally include camera performance and image quality improvements.
