Why does the screen on my Smart Display E10 turn off despite selecting “Never” in the Screen Timeout settings?
Despite setting the Smart Display E10 to remain on at all times, the screen will still turn off when the following scenarios occur:
When the Power button is pressed while the screen is locked.
When the Smart Display E10 is not connected to a power source, it will automatically lock and turn off the screen according to the Screen Timeout settings.
