Follow the steps below in the eufy app to complete the initial setup of your Baby Monitor C10:

1. Open the eufy app.

2. Tap the + icon in the upper-right corner.

3. Select Add Device.

4. Choose Care from the left-hand category list.

5. Tap Baby Camera.

6. Select eufy Baby Monitor C10.

7. Scan the QR code located on the bottom of the device.

If scanning or connection fails, please check the following:

• Ensure you are using the latest version of the eufy app. The eufy Baby app is not compatible with the Baby Monitor C10.

• Confirm that Baby Camera is selected under the Care category. Devices listed in other categories cannot be connected to the Baby Monitor C10.
