• • To allow the Omni C28 to dock and depart smoothly, maintain sufficient clearance around the base station:Sides: Leave at least 0.5 meters (50 cm) of open space on both the left and right sides.
  • Front: Leave at least 1.5 meters (150 cm) of open space in front of the base station.

This spacing prevents interference from walls or other obstacles and provides the Omni C28 with enough room to maneuver effectively.

2. Avoid Placing the Base Station on Carpet

Do not place the base station on carpeted surfaces, as carpets can create an uneven or unstable base that may affect docking accuracy and stability. For optimal performance, position the base station on a hard, flat surface such as tile, laminate, or hardwood flooring to ensure precise alignment and consistent operation.
