The Omni C28 is designed to integrate seamlessly with major smart home ecosystems. It currently supports both Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, allowing you to connect through the Alexa or Google Home apps for convenient voice control and automated smart home management.

At this time, the Omni C28 does not support Apple HomeKit or the Matter protocol. HomeKit is Apple’s proprietary smart home platform, while Matter is a new universal standard aimed at improving cross-brand compatibility. These integrations are not yet available for the Omni C28.

If your smart home setup relies heavily on HomeKit or Matter for device interoperability, you may wish to explore other eufy models that offer these specific features.
