Please note that routinely emptying and maintaining the dustbin not only prolongs the durability of your E20 robot vacuum but also improves its cleaning efficacy.

For the E20 Robot
To automatically empty the dustbin, follow the steps below:
Launch the eufy Clean app and navigate to the robot's "Settings" > choose "Auto Empty Settings" > enable the "Auto Empty for Robot" option, allowing the robot to automatically empty its dustbin after finishing a cleaning session.
To manually empty the dustbin, choose one of these two options:

Press and hold the "Recharge" button on the robot for three seconds; it will then dock at the base station and announce an audible “Start dust empty” message to begin emptying its dustbin.

Place the robot at the base station and press the "Empty" icon on the app to initiate the robot's dustbin emptying process.

For the E20 Cordless Stick Vacuum
Enable the "Auto Empty for Cordless Stick Vacuum" feature. Once the stick vacuum has been used for over 10 minutes and its battery level is above 2%, it will automatically empty its dustbin when reinserted into the robot.
However, please note that the Auto-Emptying feature will not initiate on its own in the following scenarios:

When the operating time of the robot or the cordless stick vacuum has not surpassed 10 minutes.

When the battery level of the robot or the cordless stick vacuum drops below 2%.

During the "Do Not Disturb" period.
Note: If the Auto-Emptying feature cannot initiate automatically, you can manually empty the dustbin before the next cleaning session. Remove the dustbin from the vacuum or utilize the base station to empty it.
