Why does the camera sometimes connect to the router/Homebase 3 even when connected to the repeater?

• The camera/doorbell connected to the repeater will switch the connected signal source according to the received signal strength.

Why is the camera signal quality still poor after connecting to the repeater?

• 1. Please check whether your repeater is too far away from the router/Homebase or camera/doorbell. 

• 2. Please check whether there are too many obstacles (walls, etc.) between the three. 

• 3. Please check whether there are metal signal shields near the repeater.

What is the maximum distance the repeater can extend the signal?

• Up to 2500 square feet
