eufy Clean app introduction for main features of G series

Please know that the eufy Clean app function for the G10, G20, G30, G32 Pro, G40, and G+ series is basically the same, but there are some features that G10 and G20 series do not have, such as map feature, cleaning history, unit settings, do not disturb, and activity log upload.

First, we can learn the same function they both have. After successfully connecting RoboVac and WiFi, please click Robovac's icon to enter the homepage.

Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and you will see the main functions. There is one thing special about the schedule of the G40 Hybrid and G40 Hybrid+ compared with the G10, G20, and G30 Hybrid. The G40 Hybrid and G40 Hybrid+ use an electric water tank. Set up a schedule, then the RoboVac will automatically clean the whole house at the scheduled time. Under the Schedule page, you can not only choose different suction levels, and cleaning modes(Auto clean /Room clean), but you can also choose different water levels that the other three models don't support.

Except for this feature and "cleaning history", other functions on the homepage are the same as our other WiFi models.

Then, you can enter into the settings page to find more functions.

Manual Controls: RoboVac G series does not include a remote but our eufy Clean app has a manual control function. Kindly note that extensive manual controls would affect the map function.

Sharing Settings: One eufy RoboVac can only be registered with one eufy account. If your family or friends need to use the same RoboVac for cleaning, you can share access with them.

Voice Settings: Currently, only the G series and L70 Robovac models support voice alarm settings. You can download the voice package and set the voice volume according to your preferences. We will release more personalized voice packages in the future.

Auto-return Cleaning: When the battery level is too low to continue cleaning, RoboVac will automatically return to the charging base. Once it is charged to 80% battery, it will resume cleaning in the area at which it stopped. Normally it will need 2-3 hours for the Robovac to reach the 80% battery capacity. Please be aware of this so that the Robovac will not start cleaning during the middle of the night.

Below are the app features only for G30, G32 Pro and G+ Series:

Cleaning History: The cleaning history consists of the cleaning area and time. Robovac will start to create a new cleaning history record when it starts a new cleaning cycle, and the eufy Clean app can save up to 100 records at the top. It will automatically delete the oldest one.

Do Not Disturb: RoboVac will not start Auto-return cleaning and the voice prompt will be deactivated when in "Do Not Disturb" mode.

Unit Settings: There are cleaning areas on the map and cleaning history. Here you can set the unit of area: ㎡/ ft².

Activity Log Upload: Uploading equipment operation logs will better help us analyze the abnormal operation status of your RoboVac. The device's running log does not contain sensitive personal information such as your location information. The log is only used to help you analyze the unusual operating status of your RoboVac, and will not be used for other purposes.
