What is a Safe Word？

Safe Word​​ is a preset security phrase for your ​​eufy ExpertSecure System​​. When we contact you, we’ll ask for this Safe Word to verify your identity. This helps prevent unauthorized access to your system, account, or attempts to disarm it.

Review and Change your Safe Word

Customers can review and modify their Safeword in the protection plan setup.

1. Click on the avatar to open the sidebar→ 

2. Click ‘Service’ →

3. Enter ‘eufy Protection Plan’ →

4. Click 'safeword' to master the safeword →

5. Click on the eye icon to review and modify the safeword →

6. Save the safeword if you want to make a change.
