How do I empty the four water tanks of my S1 Pro before I return the robot vacuum cleaner?
When returning your S1 Pro for a warranty exchange, please follow the steps below and empty all four water tanks to avoid causing water leakage or damage to the robot and the base station during shipping transportation.
The four water tanks that need to be emptied
The base station's clean water tank.
The base station's dirty water tank.
The robot's clean water tank.
The robot's dirty water reservoir.
Steps to empty the four water tanks
The base station's clean water tank:
Remove the clean water tank from the base station, and then directly pour the water out of the clean water tank.
The base station's dirty water tank:
Remove the dirty water tank from the base station, and then directly pour the water out of the dirty water tank.
The robot's dirty water reservoir:
Remove the dirty water tank from the robot, and then directly pour the water out of the dirty water reservoir.
The robot's clean water tank:
Ensure the robot has a stable connection to the base station.
Place the robot on the base station.
Remove the base station's clean water tank.
Press and hold the "Mode switch" and "Start" buttons simultaneously on the base station screen. The robot will automatically begin emptying its inside clean water tank; however, please note that it will not emit any prompt. After the clean water tank is completely emptied, please remove the roller mop from the robot and do not place it in the return package.
