Before using the vacuum, add 2 bottle caps of cleaning solution into a full tank of clean water with a dilution ratio of 1:40 to 1:50.

Please only use water or eufy cleaning solution since using any other cleaning solution may cause severe damage to the vacuum.

The eufy cleaning solution contains defoaming ingredients, generally, it will not produce a lot of foam bubbles during the cleaning process. However, it is recommended that you do not add more than 3 bottle caps of cleaning solution to prevent voice alerts from being triggered by excessive foam bubbles in the dirty water tank.
