A: Please follow the steps below:

Open the Eufy App and go to the **eufy Care device tab**.

Select **Multi-user card**.

Go to **My Goal**.

Select the device name and click the "Firmware Update" button to update the firmware.
Q: What should I do if the firmware update fails?
A: Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

Please check whether the scale has completed the WiFi configuration.

Please move the scale closer to the router or a place with a strong and stable WiFi signal.

Please check if your router has any network connectivity issues.

Click Retry on the Firmware Update screen in the app.
