Camera Mounting Tips

Recommended Height for Clear Facial Visibility:

Mount the camera at a height of less than 2.6ft/80cm to capture clear views of visitors' faces as they approach the camera.

Monitoring Children, Babies, or Pets:

Position the camera about 2ft/60cm away to ensure children, babies, or pets remain within the camera's field of view.

For Better Zoom Performance:

Install the camera at least 8ft/2.5m from the monitoring area for clearer visibility of people or pets, even from a distance.

Monitoring Through a Window or Glass (Not Recommended):

Place the camera lens flush against the window or glass to minimize reflections and glare.
