If your Indoor Cam E30 is not recording videos, please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

Ensure the Camera Is Online - 
Confirm your camera is connected to the Internet and its status is online in the eufy Security app.

Check Storage Options - 
Ensure you have at least one storage option, such as a microSD card or a Cloud storage plan. 
 
-

Enable Motion or Sound Detection - 
Ensure motion or sound detection is enabled in Camera Settings. 
- 
Go to Settings > Detection Settings to check.

Adjust Detection Sensitivity - 
Ensure the camera has an appropriate sensitivity level to detect motion.

Refer to the Sensitivity Setup Guide for proper configuration recommendations.

Enable Video Recording in Security Mode - 
Ensure the Video Record box is checked in the camera’s Security mode.

Navigate to Settings > Security > Home/Away > Home/Away Settings > Video Record and confirm it's activated.

Re-add the Camera - 
If the previous steps did not resolve the issue, please remove the camera from the app, add the camera to the app again, and then attempt to record a new video.
