When using the S1 Pro's Quick Mapping feature to create a complete map of your home, the robot may not successfully navigate and capture all areas if certain places have obstacles or the doors are not open. If your S1 Pro has created an incomplete map, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
Make sure the door to each room remains open before performing a whole house cleaning session with the S1 Pro. Please note that the map of any missing area will be automatically scanned and the cleaning map updated.
Note: Although the S1 Pro robot is capable of updating its initial map during its subsequent whole house cleaning sessions, it is recommended that the missing area should not exceed 20% of the total area on the cleaning map. This is because if the total area that needs to be updated is too large, issues such as wall misalignment may occur during the process of the robot updating its cleaning map.
Delete the existing map and create a new map. Please ensure the door to every room you need the robot to clean is open before performing a whole house cleaning session with the S1 Pro.
