If you cannot charge your eufyCam E40, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
It is highly recommended to charge your camera using the USB port found on the back of your HomeBase 2/HomeBase S380. Alternatively, you can also use any 9V/2A, 5V/2A, or 5V/1A power adapter to charge the camera.
Ensure that the ambient temperature is between 0℃/32℉ and 45℃/113℉ during the charging process.
