If you are experiencing issues controlling your eufy RoboVac with Amazon Alexa, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if issues can be resolved.

• Please make sure your eufy RoboVac has already been added in the eufy Clean app. 
• Please make sure you have a compatible Amazon Alexa device, such as an Echo Dot.

Note: The Amazon Alexa app on smartphones and tablets will not be able to control eufy RoboVac.

• Please check if there are any Internet connection issues. eufy RoboVac may not be able to communicate with Alexa if the WiFi network is unstable.
• Please make sure you are the primary device owner of the RoboVac and the device is not being shared to you by your family members or friends.
• Please make sure you have enabled the correct eufy Clean - RoboVac skill in the Amazon Alexa app by using the same eufy Clean app login credentials for Alexa to successfully discover the RoboVac.

Note: There are two different eufy Clean skills listed in Alexa. The correct skill to enable for RoboVac is eufy Clean - RoboVac and not the eufy Clean skill, which is used for eufy Smart Bulbs and Smart Plugs.

• Please make sure you are giving Alexa correct verbal commands to control the RoboVac after Alexa is able to successfully discover the device.
