To solve this issue, please try the following suggestions first:
-Use the adhesive tape that is attached to the bottom of the base to affix the charging base on the hard floor
-Clean the pins on the charging base and on the bottom of the vacuum with a dry clean cloth.
-Make sure to install the charging base at a proper solid location.
Notice:
- As a friendly reminder, please DO NOT place the charging base on a carpet and the adhesive tape is also not applicable on a carpet).
-
Please do not place the charging base near the stairs to avoid the risk of the RoboVac falling off the stairs during the recharging process.
-
Only the L60, L50, X8 series, and L35/LR30/LR20 series have adhesive tape attached to the charging base.
