What should I do if my RoboVac drops debris during its cleaning cycle?

If your RoboVac is dropping dust or debris while cleaning, please check the following:

  • If the dust collector is full or physically broken.
  • If the rolling brush, brush guard, side brushes, or the filter is physically broken.
  • If the debris is getting caught in the roller brush, or the debris may be too large for the RoboVac to sweep into the dust collector.
  • The RoboVac's suction power is not adjusted to a proper level, depending on the types of floors.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved:

  • Remove the dust collector to empty it completely and clean any dust between the vacuum and the dust collector, especially the suction inlet.
  • Please make sure the roller brush is clean and does not have debris or hair tangled around the brush.
  • Make sure the roller brush, brush guard, side brushes, and filters (filter set) are installed correctly. If any of these parts are physically broken, please replace the broken part with a new accessory. Please note these parts are consumable parts, so they will need to be replaced regularly due to wear and tear.
  •   You can order the consumable parts here: https://us.eufylife.com/pages/accessories
Please refer to the following video for instructions on how to clean the accessories: How to Clean Dust Collector, Filter, Rolling Brush and Side Brush of your RoboVac?
  • Try increasing the suction power on the RoboVac by using either the remote control (non-WiFi models) or the eufy Clean app (WiFi models) and verify if the RoboVac is able to clean better.

If the cleaning performance of your RoboVac did not improve, please contact us for further assistance. Please also send us a video depicting the issue and your RoboVac's condition so we can better assist you with quickly resolving the issue.
