What to do if the light on the charging base/auto-empty station of my RoboVac is off?
Except for LR30 Hybrid+, L35 Hybrid+, and G+ series models charge with an auto-empty station, all other models charge with a charging base. The light on the charging base/auto-empty station refers to the charging base/auto-empty station function.
On: the Charging Base/auto-empty station connects to AC power Off: the Charging Based/auto-empty station is not connected to AC power
If the light is off when the charging base/auto-empty station is connected to AC power and the RoboVac is not docked, please follow the steps below for troubleshooting:
Reconnect the AC adapter to the charging base/auto-empty station and the other side to another wall outlet.
Try an alternative AC adapter if you have one.
Note: For L70 Hybrid, the light on the charging base is off when RoboVac is docked into it.
If it still doesn't light up, pleasecontact us to replace the charging base.
