After you have finished the testing mode and use the eufy cameras to monitor your house, you will be able to receive notifications on your phone when the motion is detected. If not, please see the following troubleshooting. 

1. Please make sure the area you want to detect is located in the camera viewing area (≤8m/26ft). 

2. Please make sure your camera is online and the battery has power. 

3. You can test the motion detection in your app and enable the motion detection button.

• Steps: Main Page > Smart > Devices > [device name] >"..." Icon > Settings > Motion Detection.
• Also, remember to switch the motion detection to ON on your camera settings.

4. Please try to turn up the sensitivity level. 

• Steps: Main Page > Smart > Devices > [device name] >"..." Icon > Settings > Motion Detection > Sensor sensitivity.
• For eufyCam and eufyCam E, the recommended sensitivity value range is 30-95. For eufyCam 2 series, the recommended sensitivity value range is 3-6. 
• If the sensitivity value is set out of this range, please carefully test the validity of the sensitivity value. If adjusting the sensitivity cannot solve your motion triggering issue, please try to add activity zones.

5. Please make sure you have enabled Video Record and Push Notification in the security mode you have selected. 

• You can go to Smart > Mode > Home/Away Settings > Video Record & Push Notification.
