Repair Service Agreement
1. Service Description
1.1 Anker provides professional repair services based on your submitted request.
1.2 Services include product inspection, diagnosis, repair, parts replacement, and necessary disassembly.
2. Service Process
2.1 Submit an online repair request with complete product information and fault description.
2.2 Our support team will contact you within 1–2 business days to evaluate your request.
- In some cases, we may provide troubleshooting guidance or other solutions before requesting the product to be sent.
2.3 Repair and Shipping
- If repair is required, Anker will provide instructions and a shipping label; you do not need to prepare your own.
- After receiving the product, inspection and repair usually take about 7 business days; complex cases may require up to 3 additional days.
- Once repair is completed, the product will be shipped back free of charge, and you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
3. Warranty Policy
3.1 Products under warranty are repaired free of charge if the issue is caused by quality problems.
3.2 Out-of-warranty products will receive a repair quote after inspection; repair proceeds only after your confirmation.
3.3 Damage caused by misuse, external factors, or non-original parts is not covered.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Ensure all submitted information, including contact and shipping address, is accurate and complete.
4.2 During repair, product data (including maps, cleaning history, or other usage records) may be erased and cannot be recovered. Anker does not provide data backup or retention services.
4.3 Properly package the device; Anker is not responsible for damage caused by poor packaging or shipping.
4.4 Describe any visible damage and fault details accurately; Anker will base decisions on the actual device condition and engineer assessment.
5. Special Notes & Liability
5.1 If the product cannot be repaired, we will proactively contact you to discuss a suitable solution.
5.2 For paid repairs, we will provide a repair quote, and you must confirm within 30 days of receiving it.
5.3 Anker may refuse service for damage caused by non-original parts, misuse, or other external factors.
5.4 Losses resulting from incorrect addresses or refusal of delivery are the customer's responsibility.
6. Personal Data & Authorization
6.1 You consent to Anker using your personal information only for repair service purposes.
6.2 You consent to Anker performing necessary disassembly or repair on the returned product.
