If your eufy Smart Safe failed to connect to a 2.4GHz WiFi network, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

Note: eufy Smart Safe only connects to a 2.4GHz WiFi network and not a 5GHz WiFi network. Additionally, please make sure the 2.4GHz WiFi network’s security level is set to either WPA or WPA2.

With the Smart Safe fully charged or plugged in via its USB C charging cable, please launch the eufy Security app > Add Device > select Smart Safe > tap the connection icon between the Smart Safe and the router shown on the phone screen > scan the QR code located on the bottom of the Smart Safe > press the SYNC button located inside the safe near the front panel for 2 seconds > eufy Smart Safe will automatically connect to your smartphone via Bluetooth connection > select your 2.4GHz WiFi network and input the WiFi password > assign a name to the safe after it is successfully added in the app and then create a Master PIN code.
