If your eufy Smart Safe appears offline in the eufy app, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

• Please verify your router can access the Internet without issues.
• Please make sure your 2.4GHz WiFi network has a strong and stable signal.
• Please make sure your Smart Safe is not installed at a place that cannot receive a strong and stable network connection from your 2.4GHz WiFi network.
• Please try to move the Smart Safe closer to your router, if possible.
• Please remove the Smart Safe from the eufy app and then set up the Smart Safe again as a new device.
