eufy Smart Safe Failed to Send Notifications

If you cannot receive notifications from your eufy Smart Safe, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

 
  1. Please make sure you have enabled notifications in your smartphone’s settings. Please confirm by going to your phone’s Settings > Notifications > enable notifications for the eufy Security app.
  2. For certain models of Android smartphones, please make sure you have added the eufy Security app to the app Whitelist in your phone’s settings.
  3. Please make sure you have enabled Notifications in the Smart Safe Settings. You can check the settings by going to the Devices tab > Smart Safe > “...” icon > Gear icon > Smart Safe Settings > General > Notification.
