Please follow the steps listed below to add your PoE NVR Security System to the eufy app:

Set up the PoE NVR Security System.

Launch the eufy app > tap the “+” icon > tap Add Device > tap NVR (Network Video Recorder) > either select an existing Home profile or create a new Home profile.

Tap “Next” and make sure your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the NVR central hub.

Tap “Next” and check the LAN LED indicator on the NVR central hub. When the PoE NVR Security System establishes a successful network connection through RJ45, the LED indicator will display a solid blue light.

Tap “Next” and scan the QR code located on the NVR central hub.

While the NVR central hub is emitting a sound, press and hold the “SYNC” button located on its back. The eufy app will automatically add the PoE NVR Security System and then display “NVR added successfully.”
