How do I configure the spotlight on my PoE camera to remain on constantly?
Please follow the steps listed below to configure the spotlight on your PoE camera to remain on constantly:
Launch the Anker eufy app > tap the NVR central hub > tap the gear icon > choose the camera group connected to the NVR central hub.
Tap “Light Setting” and then enable the “Always On” feature. Please note that after enabling this feature, it is required to add an “Automate Schedule” for it to function properly.
Set up an “Automate Schedule” according to your preference.
Verify the camera's spotlight status by checking the camera, and ensure that “Light Setting” is correctly configured in the app.
