Please refer to the methods listed below to update the firmware on your PoE NVR Security System:

1. Automatic Update: Ensure that the NVR central hub is connected to the Internet and the eufy app. Updates will be performed automatically. Additionally, future firmware updates can be scheduled via the eufy app.

2. Manual Update: Ensure that the NVR central hub is connected to the Internet and the eufy app. Navigate to Settings > Firmware Update > Check for Updates via the app, web portal, or GUI (display) to perform the update.

3. Update via a USB Flash Drive: Download the latest firmware file from service.eufy.com to a USB flash drive. Connect the USB flash drive to the NVR central hub and navigate to Settings > Firmware Update > USB Flash Drive Update via the GUI (display) to perform the update.
