RoboVac’s Voice Alerts When It Encounters an Issue

Some of eufy’s RoboVac models provide users with audible voice alerts when the RoboVac encounters an issue.  In order to correctly troubleshoot and resolve specific issues of your RoboVac, please first find out the exact voice alert error triggered by the RoboVac.

What Caused Voice Alert: Error 11?

This error is triggered when RoboVac’s front infrared sensor is not working properly.  This could be caused by the front infrared sensor being covered with dust and debris, resulting in the infrared sensor unable to emit and process signals.

How Do I Fix Voice Alert: Error 11?

To troubleshoot and fix this specific issue, please follow the steps listed below:

1. Power off the RoboVac.
2. Clean the front infrared sensor located on the front bumper with a dry cloth to make sure it is not covered with dust.

3. Power on the RoboVac, place it back on the charging base and then start the RoboVac to verify its front infrared sensor issue has been resolved.
