If the grout lines in your flooring are wide and the robot vacuum emits abnormal noises while operating, please try relocating the robot vacuum to an area where the grout lines are narrower to see if the abnormal noises continue. Should the robot vacuum stop making abnormal noises, the issue might be related to the wide grout lines in the flooring.

Carefully turn the robot vacuum upside down to check if the brush guard is properly installed. Please refer to the images below.

Inspect the roller brush area and dustbin to ensure they are clear of debris or foreign objects.

Check the rubber strip on the roller brush guard for any signs of peeling. If it is found to be peeled off, this suggests that the roller brush guard should be replaced or the rubber strip should be reattached to minimize abnormal noises.

If the swivel wheel is jammed due to dirt and hair, please refer to the images below for instructions on removing and cleaning it properly.

Gently tap and rotate both wheels to check for any obstructions. If necessary, clear any debris from the wheels.

Please note that it is normal for your robot vacuum to emit noises while crossing door thresholds.

Clean the high-performance filter and dustbin, then start a new cleaning cycle by running the robot vacuum.
