If your E25/E28 robot does not emit any voice prompts when powering on or while operating, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Please check if the robot's "Do Not Disturb" mode is enabled in the app. The robot will not emit any voice prompts while this mode is active during the specified timeframe.

   1. Path: Settings > More Settings > Do Not Disturb Mode

2. Verify the volume settings in the app. You can test the speaker by selecting the “Find My Robot” button to confirm if the robot's voice functions properly.
