If your WetVac cannot achieve optimal cleaning results, it is recommended to run the WetVac over stubborn stains several times to clean the floors thoroughly. You can add 3 bottle caps of cleaning solution to a fully clean water tank to achieve better cleaning results.

If the cleaning performance of your WetVac decreases or the suction weakens, please refer to the following possible causes:

• Check if any debris is stuck on the rolling brush.

• Check if the dirty water tank is properly installed.

• Check if the dirty water tank and sponge filter are clean. 

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Add 3 bottle caps of cleaning solution and spray more water when cleaning the floors.

• Place the WetVac on the charging base and repeat the self-cleaning process several times.

• Choose the High suction mode when cleaning the floors.
