What should I do if my WetVac does not start self-cleaning?
If the WetVac does not start self-cleaning when it returns to the charging base, please follow the troubleshooting tips below:
- Check whether there is a voice prompt or screen prompt to charge the vacuum after the machine is placed back on the charging base. Please note the vacuum will start self-cleaning only when it is charging on the charging base, and please also ensure there is sufficient water in the clean water tank to complete self-cleaning.
Clean water volume>50%
Battery>30%
- It may be due to the handle bar not being installed correctly. It is recommended to double-check the handle bar and try to reinstall it.
