If the handle bar detaches from the vacuum when the vacuum is lifted up, the handle may not have been installed correctly. Please check whether the handle bar is in the right place. When the handle bar is installed correctly, you will hear a clicking sound. Grab the handle and lift the vacuum up to make sure the handle bar will not detach from the vacuum.
