Carpet Cleaning

When the E28 robot detects a carpet for the first time, it will prompt you to enable the Carpet Cleaning feature.

By tapping on Zone Cleaning, you can select Carpet Cleaning and set specific cleaning preferences for each carpet.

Go to Map Edit to modify a carpet’s position, size, and quantity.
Dirt Detection

Tap Settings > Cleaning Preference, and enable Dirty Spot Cleaning to activate dirt detection.
Dirt Inspection

Navigate to eufy Lab > Dirt Inspection, and enable the feature.
Portable Deep Cleaner (PDC) User Manual

Tap the Settings icon in the upper right corner, then select Portable Deep Cleaner (PDC) to view the user manual.
Note： Since the E25 does not have a corresponding PDC, the Portable Deep Cleaner (PDC) User Manual is only available for the E28 model.
