The Omni C28 supports the use of cleaning solutions for enhanced floor cleaning performance.

For best results and to avoid any risk of damage, it is strongly advised to use the cleaning solution officially approved by eufy. Simply mix the solution with water at a 1:200 ratio and pour it into the clean water tank.

If you use a high-foaming third-party cleaner, it will severely affect the cleaning effect.

Please note that using third-party or unapproved cleaning solutions may result in malfunctions, reduced cleaning performance, or potential damage to the Omni C28. Please be aware that such use may also affect your product warranty.
