If your Omni C28 is unable to return to its Omni Station for charging, you can resolve the issue by following these troubleshooting steps:

Check for Obstacles Around the Omni Station
Ensure the area around the Omni Station is free of furniture or objects that could obstruct the robot’s path. Leave at least 1.5 meters of open space in front of the Omni Station, and avoid placing it in corners or narrow spaces.

Verify the Omni Station Tray Placement
Ensure the tray is properly seated and not loose or tilted. If the tray is misaligned, realign it and press it firmly into place to allow proper docking.

Clean the Omni Station and Robot Charging Pins
If the robot repeatedly fails to dock or charge consistently, the charging pins may be dirty. Gently wipe the charging pins on both the Omni Station and robot with a soft cloth to remove dust or stains.
