Please confirm whether the carpet area has been marked as cleaned on the map in the app. If the map shows that the area has not been cleaned, it may be because obstacles are blocking the robot's path. Check if there is any furniture, clutter, or other items around the carpet that could be affecting the robot's movement. It is recommended to move these obstacles away to ensure the robot can freely enter and exit the carpeted area.

For carpeted floors, we recommend setting the suction to the highest level and turning on the BoostIQ™ function.
