Failed to Connect eufy Smart Safe S10 to WiFi Network
If your eufy Smart Safe S10 failed to connect to a 2.4GHz WiFi network, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
Note: eufy Smart Safe S10 can only connect to a 2.4GHz WiFi network and not a 5GHz WiFi network. Additionally, please make sure the 2.4GHz WiFi network’s security protocol is set to either WPA or WPA2.
Fully charge the Smart Safe.
Launch the eufy Security app.
Select Add Device.
Select the Smart Safe.
Tap the connection icon between the Smart Safe and the router shown on the phone screen.
Scan the QR code located on the bottom of the Smart Safe.
Press and hold the SYNC button located inside the safe near the front panel for two seconds.
eufy Smart Safe will automatically connect to your smartphone via Bluetooth connection.
Select your 2.4GHz WiFi network and input the WiFi password.
Assign a name to the Smart Safe after it is successfully added in the app.
Create a Master PIN code to complete the setup process.
