If you have forgotten the Master PIN code for your eufy Smart Safe S10, please follow the steps below to securely retrieve your PIN code:

1. Launch the eufy Security app.
2. Select the Smart Safe.
3. Smart Safe Settings.
4. PIN Code.
5. Select the PIN Code Forgotten tab on the bottom right corner of where the PIN code is entered.
6. The app will display a pop-up message indicating the PIN code will be sent to your eufy Security account’s registered email address. Please select the Yes option.
7. An email containing your current Master PIN code will be sent to your registered email address. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive the email in the inbox within 10 minutes. 

Note: For security purposes, it is highly recommended to reset your Master PIN code and delete the email that contains your current Master PIN code sent by the eufy support team at your request.
