If your eufy Smart Safe S10 is discharging quickly, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

Please launch the eufy app > select your Smart Safe S10 > Smart Safe Settings > General > About Device > Check for firmware update > update the firmware on your Smart Safe S10 if a new firmware version is available.

It is highly recommended to keep the firmware on your Smart Safe S10 updated to the latest version to ensure its performance and reliability.

Note: The six-month usage per charge is based on unlocking and locking the Smart Safe on an average of twice per day.
