What is the Wrong Try Protect function on eufy Smart Safe S10?

eufy Smart Safe S10 has a Wrong Try Protect function that is designed to prevent repeated unauthorized access to your Smart Safe by temporarily locking down the safe from being able to be accessed for a period of time set by the owner.

 

In order to enable the Wrong Try Protect function, please follow the steps below:

  1. Launch the eufy Security app.
  2. Select the Smart Safe.
  3. Smart Safe Settings.
  4. Wrong Try Protect.
  5. Enable the Wrong Try Protect function.
 

After enabling the Wrong Try Protect function, please make sure to configure the following settings:

  • Set the number of attempts allowed to unlock the safe between five to 10 times.
  • Set a lockdown period between one to five minutes.
