My eufy Smart Safe S10 Is Offline

If your eufy Smart Safe S10 appears offline in the eufy Security app, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

 
  • Please confirm your router has access to the Internet.
  • Please make sure your 2.4GHz WiFi network has a strong and stable signal.
  • Please make sure your Smart Safe S10 is not installed at a location that is unable to receive a stable 2.4GHz WiFi network connection from your router.
  • Please try to move the Smart Safe closer to your router, if possible.
  • Please remove the Smart Safe from the eufy Security app first, and then set up the Smart Safe again as a new device.
